Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, you may return it to us for an exchange of a like item. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please contact Level Zero Woodworking as described in the Contact Us page to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the address provided in our response:
Please note that when a return is required you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
EXCHANGES
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least sixty (60) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your exchange has been processed.
ALTERED GOODS
Please Note: Only defective or damaged products may be exchanged for a new item; the exchange must be pre-approved by Level Zero Woodworking and are subject to verification of the damage or defect, including the request for a return of the original item and/or photos of the item and its shipping container.
Altered goods cannot be refunded or exchanged. The term "altered" includes, but is not limited to, carving, sanding, cutting, drilling, painting, and/or staining.
